Our return policy

You have 14 days from delivery to request a no-questions-asked return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging whenever possible.

How to start a return

Contact our support team with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label along with next steps. No need to explain why — we just want you to be happy with your order.

Refunds and exchanges

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days. If you'd rather swap for a different size, color, or item, let us know when you start the return and we'll arrange the exchange instead.
